Welcome to "moxi Lodge and Lounge"!!!
We are nestled right in the heart of the Flambeau River State Forest and on the shores of beautiful Connors Lake. Our two and three bedroom fully furnished condos are sure to meet all of your "up north" needs. Whether you are looking to snowmobile, ATV, fish, hunt, hike, bike, cross country ski, or just hang out and have a campfire by the water... you will find us the perfect headquarters for all of your adventures!

POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
-Payment due in full upon reservation
-Reservations cancelled greater than 30 days from check-in date will receive 100% refund
-Cancelations made 30 days or less from check-in date will not be refunded
-If all three condos are reserved on the same reservation, a 10% discount will be applied to the total.
-When reserving all three condos, payment is due in full on reservation and reservations are non-refundable at any time period.
-Any refunded amounts will be sent on previously scheduled check-out date

Pet Policy
-We have a strict NO PETS on the PROPERTY policy
(to include parking and common areas)
-If you do arrive with your pet, you will be required to find other arrangements for your pet or forfeit your reservation without refund
House Rules:
-No smoking allowed inside condos
-"The Loft" condo is reserved for guests 10 years and older
-Maximum occupancy for each condo MUST be observed
-We do not believe in cleaning fees... however, condos requiring "excessive" cleaning following check-out will result in a $100 fee
-Parties, events, and gatherings (outside of registered guests) are not permitted
-Self-check-in with keypad code
-Guests MUST be 21 years of age or older to make reservation
-Bath towels to remain in condo. Please use provided beach towels when enjoying water activities
-Please be respectful of neighbors and other guests and reduce noise volume between 10PM & 9AM
